We are in a residential area 200 m. from the historic center (less than 10 minutes walking). Our historic center is very wide (more than 54 hectares) and where there are several churches and squares among them, the Church and the Plaza del Carmen stand out, which are a set of colonial architecture. The square was created in the first decades of the 19th century, in order to open a space that would make the facade of the Church of Nuestra Señora del Carmen stand out. The church, currently restored, is the only one of two towers in the city.
